• Provide 24-hour notice for cancellations

4. Payment terms

Payment for services must be made in full before or at the time of each session. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. Refunds are provided according to our cancellation policy.

5. Cancellation policy

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full. Package sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with appropriate notice.

6. Limitation of liability

While we strive to provide effective therapeutic services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the therapeutic relationship at any time with appropriate notice. We reserve the right to discontinue services if we believe continuation would be harmful or inappropriate.

All materials provided by IERT Method, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy
